We hope you love our books. Only books purchased on the Black Chook Books website can be refunded or exchanged.

Should our books be damaged while being shipped to you, Black Chook Books will be happy to refund or exchange.

Please email us info@blackchookbooks.co.nz immediately with original proof of purchase, order number, photo image of any damage including packaging.

In all cases, products must be returned within 7 days of receipt to process any refund or exchange.

 In the event of making an error when ordering online, we are happy to exchange your book for the correct purchase.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the books back to Black Chook Books.
